Common questions

I didn't get my sign-in code

Codes arrive by email within a minute or two. Check your spam or junk folder first — a code from a new sender sometimes lands there. If it's still missing, request a new one, and make sure the address you entered is the one you signed up with. Email us if it keeps happening.

How accurate is the valuation?

It's an estimate built from recent comparable sales near your address and the condition information you provide. It is not an appraisal and it can be wrong, particularly for unusual properties or areas with few recent sales. Treat it as a starting point for a conversation with a licensed professional, not a final answer. See our Terms for the full picture.

My address isn't found

Try selecting the address from the suggestion list rather than typing it in full — that ensures we match it to the right property record. New construction and recently subdivided lots sometimes aren't in the data yet.

The comparable sales look wrong

Comparables come from third-party property data that can be incomplete or out of date. If the homes shown clearly don't resemble yours, let us know the address and what looks off — this is exactly the kind of report that helps us improve during the beta.

Can I use this for a home I'm buying?

Not yet. Sold Simple is built for sellers.

Is it available on Android?

Not yet. iPhone only for now.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email devan@soldsimple.co from the address on the account and we'll delete it. See our Privacy Policy for what that covers.

Beta testing

Sold Simple is in private beta through Apple's TestFlight. If you're in the beta, the fastest way to report a problem is TestFlight's built-in feedback — take a screenshot inside the app and it'll send along the technical details with your note.
